Red Rocks Hosting a Daytime Sober Dance Party

Here’s a dance party I can totally get behind! 

Red Rocks is hosting a daytime, sober dance party April 5th, and it’s a big one. Daybreaker, the global sober dance and social wellness community, is celebrating its 1,000th gathering with an open-air party at one of Colorado’s most iconic venues. 

The event starts at 11 a.m. with yoga, followed by the main dance session at noon. Expect high-energy music, movement and the kind of feel-good human connection that’s sometimes hard to find in everyday life. 

Daybreaker’s mission is to “bring people together through alcohol-free dance experiences rooted in joy, self-expression and community.”
