Several years ago, Officer Keith Bartlett responded to a robbery call at Randy Travis‘ ranch in Gainesville, Texas, and the country star was forever grateful for his help.

Two weeks ago, Officer Bartlett experienced a terrible tragedy, losing most of his possessions in a house fire. When Travis heard the news, he decided to show his gratitude to the man.

Knowing Bartlett is an avid guitar player, Travis surprised him on Christmas Day with an autographed guitar, and there wasn’t a dry eye in the room.
