If you’ve tried to buy lift tickets at any of Colorado’s big ski resorts lately, you know how crazy expensive they’ve gotten. But, here’s a little relief with some of the lowest lift ticket prices you’ll find…
Monarch Mountain announced that its closing date will now be April 13, a week later than the previously announced April 6. To celebrate the extra week, the ski area is offering $39 lift tickets. A good deal even for a resort a little more off the beaten path, as their lift tickets are usually above $100 throughout the season depending on the date.
Monarch Mountain is in Salida, about a three hour drive from Denver depending on where you’re coming from.
63 of Monarch’s 67 trails remain open, as of the publishing of this article.
Discounted lift tickets can be purchased at the on-site ticketing booth or ahead of time online here.
