Summer’s comin’ – 2025 fishing licenses are now for sale in Colorado

Even though March is Denver’s snowiest month on average, summer IS right around the corner, and here is another reminder of that…

Colorado fishing licenses are now on sale for the 2025-2026 fishing season.

Anglers can purchase licenses online, by phone at 1-800-244-5613, in-person at a Colorado Parks and Wildlife (CPW) office, or through a sales agent.

Licenses are valid from March 1, 2025 through March 31, 2026. Adult (ages 18-63) licenses cost $42.91. Youth (ages 16-17) and senior (64+) licenses are $11.73. Youth aged 15 and under fish for free.
