65-year-old Mexican restaurant in Denver is closing

Taco House has been a staple at 581 South Federal Boulevard since 1958, but sadly 2024 will be it’s last year.
In the 1970s, Taco House expanded to 11 locations throughout the Denver Metro Area. One of the most popular attractions at Taco House was the all-you-can-eat special with its cheese enchiladas. Currently, only two Taco House locations remain and one of them will soon close for good.
After closing the doors to the original Taco House location on December 31, a single location will remain open. That location is at 1335 Wadsworth Boulevard in Lakewood. Taco House says that this location will remain open for the foreseeable future.
