Zillow reports two Colorado towns among ten most festive in the US

It almost feels like cheating in Colorado when comparing cities based on how Christmas-y they are, because, well, you know… but Zillow has unwrapped its picks for America’s most festive towns, and of course Colorado is on the list!
The real estate site analyzed listings for homes for sale across the country to find the places where sellers “weave the season into their listing descriptions.” Zillow looked for holiday keywords including “winter wonderland,” “Christmas lights,” “Santa” and “holiday spirit” and found the towns where seasonal charm is a big part of home marketing.
