Your chance to do yoga at Red Rocks is back in 2025 – here’s the schedule

You may think of Red Rocks as a concert venue, but its also a fitness mecca. So, grab your mats and stretchy pants, and let’s go do some yoga at Red Rocks!

Denver Arts and Venues announced the return of Yoga on the Rocks this week. This will be Yoga on the Rocks’ 13th season, with class on Saturday mornings from 7 to 8 a.m. from May through August.

Here is the complete 2025 Yoga on the Rocks schedule:

  • May 31: The River – Instructor Garry Appel
  • June 7: The River – Instructor Sheri Colosimo
  • June 14: The River – Instructor: Kelsey Mester
  • June 21: The River – Instructor: Mallory Irene
  • June 28: The River – Bilingual instructor: Amorette Flores
  • July 12: Better Buzz Yoga – Instructor: Joy Wegs
  • July 19: Better Buzz Yoga – Instructor: Sonja Roth
  • July 26: Better Buzz Yoga – Bilingual instructor: Beth Sanchez
  • Aug. 2: Rooted Heart Yoga & Wellness – Instructor: TBD
  • Aug. 9: Rooted Heart Yoga & Wellness – Instructor: Rumika (Rumi) Choudhuri

Tickets can be purchased online on Red Rocks’ website. A ticket for a single session will be $23, a five-pack will be $97.50, and a season pass for all sessions will be $175.
