Zac Brown Band released a video for their song “Leaving Love Behind”.
“Leaving Love Behind” is from the band’s forthcoming album “The Owl” which is set to be released on September 20th.
I’m not crying, you’re crying!
Zac Brown Band chose an animal theme for a very important reason. In a statement, Brown said: “Whether it’s funny things they do or the fact that they comfort us when we need them, we wanted to highlight how pets can make us smile even when we think we can’t.” Brown added: “Especially in the wake of Hurricane Dorian, thousands of pets are without homes.”
Zac Brown Band is encouraging folks to donate to Best Friends Animal Society’s Disaster Relief Fund, to help care for the animals displaced because of the hurricane.
Whew, between the powerful lyrics, their message of hope and the cute animals… I’m a mess! It’s a good thing I’m alone in the studio or folks would think I’m having a crisis. Which of course, I kind of am.
