WATCH – Video Shows Progress on Denver Building with a Canyon & Hiking Trail

When I originally heard about, and saw plans for an apartment building in Denver that would feature hiking trails and a canyon running through it, I thought, “we’ll see.” However, I am eating crow as this thing is coming together and it looks amazing! 

Construction is nearing completion on the 16-story One River North apartment complex in RINO, and the videos they’ve shared on social media make this thing look stunning.

The building is meant to blur the lines between nature and civilization, with a landscaped ‘canyon’ area that stretches across 10 of its 16 floors, complete with a ‘trail-like’ walkway.
