Two country artists come clean after separate run-ins with the law

Nothing can really prepare an artist for life on the road. Sadly, the long stretches away from family and friends can lead to unhealthy coping mechanisms. Over the long weekend, Bryan Martin opened up about being forcibly removed from a performance outside of Albany, New York, because of erratic behavior. According to the local sheriff’s office, the “We Ride” singer was displaying signs of intoxication that ultimately required police intervention. He asked fans for kindness and prayers, and promised he is putting in the work to be a better man.
On a much lighter note, Rodney Atkins also had a run-in with the law – specifically, TSA. While making his way through airport security, he was asked to open his carry-on luggage after an unusual object appeared on the x-ray. The dense and elongated item was revealed to be a role of summer sausage. Thankfully, the singer/ songwriter was free to go with his tube of meat, but seriously, there is a hilarious song just waiting to be written about this specific interaction!
