Tim McGraw’s nephew gets into the biz and Luke Bryan is allergic to bass | Music City Minute

Tim McGraw’s nephew, Timothy Wayne, is proving some families have music encoded in their DNA. The up-and-coming-artist (who sounds remarkably like his uncle) just signed his first major record deal with UMG Nashville and is in the process of recording his first album. Thankfully, Wayne has had some experience in the studio. Uncle Tim posted a picture of Wayne in a vocal booth with a caption that read, “Working in the studio with my nephew.”
Luke Bryan and his music are the embodiment of the country lifestyle. Over the years, we’ve seen many posts of him enjoying the outdoors.  Recently, Luke made a startling admission, he’s actually allergic to bass. He that if he touches the fish, his hands will swell and his eyes and nose will water. Because of this, someone else has to remove the hook if he catches one. He’s been dealing with the allergy since childhood. However, back then, Luke’s dad wouldn’t give him any meds, he’d just tell his son to “suck it up.”
I’m Sheena and that’s your Music City Minute.
