Tim McGraw Shares His Marriage Lessons

Aug 14, 2016, 1:09 PM | Updated: Aug 16, 2016, 6:14 am

Tim McGraw jokes that his No. 1 goal is to remember his upcoming anniversary to wife Faith Hill. The couple will celebrate 20 years together in October, and the “How I’ll Always Be” signer has wisdom to share after two decades of wedded bliss.

Lesson No. 1: Listen. McGraw jokes that as a guy living with four women (he has three daughters), he really has no choice but to listen, but gets serious in talking about how important that is to a strong marriage.

“And I’ve also learned,” he adds, “that when you look at politics and you look at the world we live in and everything else, there’s really no definite answers to anything. There’s a lot of sort of figuring your way out with every move that you make. I think that you find that out as you get older and that really has to do with relationships, as well.”
