These 20 Celebrities Have a Birthday Every 4 Years – Can You Guess Who They Are?

Approximately 5 million individuals around the globe celebrate their birthday on Leap Day, making up 0.06 percent of the world’s population of 8 billion people.

The concept of a leap year dates back over 2,000 years, created to synchronize the Gregorian calendar with the solar calendar, accounting for the Earth’s orbit of 365.2422 days around the sun.

In the Gregorian calendar, the most widely used civil calendar globally, each leap year contains 366 days instead of the usual 365.

This additional day, known as Leap Day, compensates for the fact that an astronomical year is slightly shorter than 365 days and 6 hours. The last Leap Day was in 2020, with the next one set for 2028.
