Can we get a “COWABUNGA!”

As we get ready for the release of Seth Rogen’s movie Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Mutant Mayhem later this Summer, 80’s and 90’s kids can get a little excited as Nickelodeon has officially purchased the rights for the original 1987 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles cartoon series.  The series which featured almost 200 episodes from 1987-1996 helped really popularize the characters on top of the original movie released in 1990 bringing Turtle Power to kids across the world.

The show should be hitting digital release later this month.  What a great show….. and what a great theme song!
