When it comes to motorcycle racing, it gets no bigger than Monster Energy AMA Supercross, and the best in their sport are headed back to Denver this weekend.
The supercross series will race at Empower Field at Mile High on Saturday, May 3.
Race organizers said the event will bring together elite athletes to compete in the world’s most competitive and highest-profile off-road motorcycle racing series.
With last week’s victory in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and a 12-point lead with two rounds remaining, Cooper Webb is the favorite to win the series championship and the race on Saturday in Denver.
The Supercross Fan Fest runs from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Gates open at 4 p.m., and opening ceremonies begin at 4:30 p.m. The race starts at 5 p.m.
