The Denver Zoo is free on January 9th – Here’s how to get reservations

The last time I took my family of five to a zoo, it was investment. So, with a little planning you could save a bunch of money by going on a “free day.”
The Denver Zoo Conservation Alliance, formally known as the Denver Zoo, offers several “Community Free Days” throughout the year for anyone in our community. The first one is in about a week on Jan. 9.
To provide the best experience, the zoo offers only a limited number of tickets for each Free Day, available on a first-come, first served basis. Those tickets are released on Jan. 2, and tend to go quickly, so mark your calendars.
Reservations are not required for zoo members.
