Denver Pioneers are back in college hockey’s version of The Big Dance – here’s how to watch

Mar 23, 2026, 3:35 PM | Updated: 3:36 pm

The University of Denver Pioneers Hockey team has been so dominate in recent history that it’s almost a given that they’re in the NCAA Hockey Tournament again.

The Pioneers have won two of the last four National Championships, and their quest for their 11th overall title begins on Friday (Mar. 27).

DU’s regional semifinal matchup against Cornell will be played at 4 p.m. MNT at Blue Arena in Loveland, Colorado. If you want to make the trip up to Loveland, you can still get tickets here.

The game will be broadcast on ESPN+, and the local radio call can be heard on Denver Sports 104.3 The Fan HD3.

Unlike college basketball, only 16 teams make the hockey tournament, so DU’s road to another national title will take four wins.
