I am not sure the story behind why this Colorado house got it’s nickname, “Colorado Playboy Mansion,” nor am I sure those stories would be appropriate for this website, but regardless the house is for sale.

Retired race-car driver Richard Berry custom-designed the “Colorado Playboy Mansion” in Evergreen that was finished in 2004. The 22,864-square-foot residence has seven bedrooms and 14 bathrooms across a footprint of 1.25 acres and features a 50,000 gallon indoor-outdoor pool, a master suite that occupies the entire second floor of the home and a world-class movie theater among other outlandish features.

Previously listed for $19.999 million in December 2019, the home returned to the market on Nov. 21 with an asking price of $24.799 million.

Peeks inside are free, though. Do that here.
