Sundance Head sheds light on firearm mishap | Music City Minute

Former “The Voice” contestant Sundance Head has taken to social media to update fans on the injury that landed him in the hospital. On Friday, November 15, Head was preparing for a weekend of hunting. While he was setting up the campsite alone, there was an accidental discharge of his firearm, with the bullet striking him in the midsection. Even though the wound didn’t affect any vital organs, unfortunately, the bullet is still lodged inside of his body.  Sundance said he’s not sure if doctors will surgically remove it or not. The “My Soul” singer has been released from the hospital and now resting at home. He went on to thank everybody for their prayers and well wishes. Head extended a special thank you to the men who found him on the side of the road the night he was injured and rendered aid.
