Stores that are both open and closed on Easter around Denver

I am a creature of habit, so I have to keep reminding myself that I cannot go shopping at Costco this Sunday like I normally do because it’s Easter and they are closed. A bunch of other Denver area stores will also be closed up for the holiday.
