Russell Wilson taking a $3.5 million hit on Colorado home

Mar 21, 2024, 12:34 PM | Updated: 12:53 pm

With Colorado housing prices being so high lately you would probably be surprised to hear too many people selling their homes at a loss, but that’s exactly what happened to Russell Wilson who is taking a $3.5 million hit on his Colorado home!

Russell moved to Colorado with his wife, and R&B singer, Ciara back in 2022 and bout the home which at the time was a record setting price of $25 million!  The 4 bedroom, 12 bathroom home also featured 9 garage spaces, a hot tub, a 2,590 square-foot pool and was over 13,000 feet on a 5+ acre lot in Cherry Hills Village.

News initially came out that he was accepting offers on his home prior to his being released which he initially denied, but since then he has quickly sold the house for $21.5 million and the $3.5 million loss.

However we don’t think Russell and Ciara are shedding any tears as he is walking away with $124 million over his last 2 years and only bringing 11 wins to the table for the Denver Broncos
