‘Price is Right’ Host Bob Barker Dead at 99

As a kid who stayed home sick from school at least a couple of times each year during the 90’s and early 2000’s to watch The Price is Right, this one hurts… 

Barker died peacefully at his home this morning (Aug. 26) in L.A. His rep tells TMZ Bob died of natural causes.

Bob’s wife, Dorothy Jos, died of lung cancer in 1981. They had no children, and he never remarried. Bob does, however, have extended family that have helped care for him in his later years.

Bob was 99.
