Pizza Shop with ‘Mountain’ In Its Name Finally Opens a Colorado Store

Nov 28, 2023, 3:13 PM

You’d think a pizza place with the word “mountain” in its name was probably from Colorado, right? Well, Mountain Mike’s Pizza is actually a California company with restaurants in California, Arizona, Utah, Nevada, Idaho, Texas and Oregon. However, they finally also have a home in Colorado!

Known for their signature “mountain-sized” pizzas spanning a whopping 20 inches, Mountain Mike’s is now open in Parker, Colorado. The spot is located at 12239 Pine Bluffs Way.

To go along with the giant pizzas, Mountain Mike’s other claim to fame is is their pepperoni. Unlike the flat pepperoni found elsewhere, Mountain Mike’s boasts crispy, curly pepperoni that curls and crisps up beautifully thanks to its natural casing.

The new Parker location is open Sunday through Thursday from 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM and Friday and Saturday from 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
