Peyton Manning inspired restaurant coming to Colorado

There’s no doubt that the biggest celebrity in the state of Colorado is Peyton Manning after winning a Super Bowl with the Denver Broncos.
On June 9, the Littleton City Council voted 4-3 in favor to approve a $5.5 million incentive package for a Peyton Manning inspired restaurant. It will also hold a wedding venue and event space.
Gastamo Group, a Denver-based restaurant company behind Park Burger and Homegrown Tap & Dough, got the deal approved with the city of Littleton.
The building will be built at Santa Fe Drive and Mineral Avenue near South Platte Park.
The Hall of Fame quarterback is involved in the project to a certain degree as he is a minority equity investor. Peyton Manning will be more involved in some promotional activities as well as his name, image, and likeness. It doesn’t appear that Manning’s name will appear on any of the buildings or venues.
The venue will be called the “Field House.”
The high-end restaurant will serve food inspired from the south. Next to it will be a 13,000-square-foot barn designed to host weddings, concerts, and any other kind of events.
Maybe if Bo Nix leads the Broncos to a Super Bowl victory, there could be a Nix inspired restaurant coming soon after.
