One Colorado Ski Resort Offering Lift Tickets For As Low As $23

Aug 21, 2023, 5:10 PM

Last winter I was trying to plan a ski vacation for my family of five, but I quickly learned that skiing would not be in the budget after exploring lift ticket options in Colorado. However, sometimes you can find a deal, and make it much more affordable, and now is one of those times!

Purgatory Resort in southwestern Colorado near Durango has tickets on select dates starting at just $29 during the 2023 to 2024 season, and a couple days even more affordable than that.

Tickets range from $23 to $96 per day, with peak dates costing the most.

The lowest lift ticket price being sold is for Thanksgiving Day, at just $23. Meanwhile, Christmas Day tickets cost $25.

Many $29 dates can be found on the Purgatory Resort calendar, along with many $39 dollar days that come with a $20 voucher as part of the ‘Fun Fund‘ program.

And kids 12 and under ski free with the Power Kids Pass. Proof of age is required.

See all of Purgatory’s lift ticket selections here.
