Music City Minute | February 28, 2024 – Willie Nelson’s new tour, Dan + Shay debut on The Voice

One of the founding fathers of Outlaw country, Willie Nelson and his team announced the lineup and dates for the 2024 Outlaw Music Festival tour. Joining the 90-year-old country music legend on the road will be Bob Dylan, John Mellancamp, Robert Plant and Alison Krauss. Unfortunately, the closest they’ll get to Colorado is Boise, Idaho. But considering the massive names on this lineup, it might be worth traveling for the show. Tickets for the festival go on sale this Friday, March 1. 

 

Dan + Shay made their official debut on The Voice, Season 25 this week. And before the premier kicked off, they shared a hand-written statement to their social media, thanking fans for buying tickets to their upcoming summer tour. The note says in part, “It’s not lost on us how expensive it is to exist in the world these days, and the fact that so many of y’all decided to spend your hard-earned money to buy tickets and see us play music is truly humbling. Thank you for continuing to show us so much support and we’ll see you on the road soon!”
