Music City Minute | February 23, 2024 – Dolly’s first pet gala, Trisha Yearwood’s Opry Anniversary

This week, Miss Dolly Parton hosted her very first, pet gala. The event was presented by Doggy Parton, Miss Dolly’s exclusive collection of dog supplies, accessories and apparel. There was a doggy runway as well as performances from country music’s biggest stars. According to the Puppy Love singer, “The doggies are going to be wearing all sorts of things. We are going to recreate a lot of my iconic outfits… and that’s gonna be a hoot!” You can stream Miss Dolly Parton’s Pet Gala on Paramount plus with Showtime or Paramount plus essentials. 

Next month, friends and mentors will gather together to celebrate Miss Trisha Yearwood’s 25^th anniversary as an Opry member. It’s going to be an all-female lineup that includes Susie Boggus, Terri Clark and Pam Tillis. Reflecting on her time as an Opry member, Miss Trisha said, “Being a member means you have a home forever. It’s a family like no other and it is such an honor.” The 25^th anniversary concert is set to take place on March 13^th at the Grand Ole Opry.
