Morgan Wallen donates $100,000 and George Strait breaks another record | Music City Minute

Morgan Wallen is helping future generations enjoy and appreciate baseball as much as he does. The Morgan Wallen Foundation donated $100,000 toward renovation of two local baseball fields in Jefferson City, Tennessee. The mayor expressed his gratitude saying, “The city is pleased to be a recipient of the funding. The engagement is not only a financial donation, but an investment in the future health of our city.”
George Strait has once again proved why he is the “King of Country Music.” According to Billboard, the “Pure Country” star played in front of a record-breaking crowd at Texas A&M’s Kyle Field in College Station. Nearly 111,000 fans helped set the new record for attendance at a ticketed concert in the U.S. for a single performance. Congrats to Strait on the new record — it’s good to be the king!
