Melancholy in Music City: Keith Urban and Nicole Kidman | Music City Minute

Nearly every news and entertainment site has a front page story regarding the separation of Keith Urban and Nicole Kidman. Gossip site “TMZ” initially broke the news citing unnamed sources who revealed Kidman and Urban have been living apart for several months. With that being said, separate living arrangements do not necessarily mean there a total breakdown in the marriage. In their high-profile situation, multiple homes make a lot sense considering Kidman’s career in Hollywood and Urban’s career in Nashville. Be that as it may, I did notice a possible clue on their individual social media pages. Interestingly, there are no pictures of the couple together after a June 25 anniversary post. Yet, that in itself did not seem terribly unusual since both spent the summer filming and touring. Well, the very latest reports circulating (as of September 30) now seem to confirm Nicole Kidman has officially filed for divorce from Keith Urban. Sadly, the family’s immediate future will be challenging. I hope that they are able to move forward amicably.
