Legendary southern rockers, Lynyrd Skynyrd were scheduled to play two Colorado shows this weekend, but sadly neither will be happening…

The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame band had been scheduled to perform with ZZ Top at Blue Arena in Loveland on Friday, and Ford Amphitheater in Colorado Springs on Saturday, but cancelled those two shows along with one in West Valley, Utah and one in Albuquerque.

The cancellations are due to vocalist Johnny Van Zant’s daughter having a “sudden emergency illness.”

The band said refunds are available at the point of purchase.
