Looks like we got a country music baby boom! | Music City Minute

In the immortal words of The Big Bopper, “Hello baby!” That’s exactly what Scotty McCreery and his wife, Gabby, said last week when they welcomed their newest bundle of joy, Oliver Cook McCreery, on September 18. Originally, Oliver was expected to arrive in November. However, from the looks of the photos the family shared, Mama and baby are doing really well.

Another high-profile country couple has announced they have a third baby on the way. Luke and Nicole Combs shared that Tex and Beau are both going to be big brothers when the new baby arrives this winter. Interestingly, Mom and Dad captioned the pregnancy announcement with “Third time’s a charm,” and I can’t help but wonder if this is subtle foreshadowing. Are they telling us a baby girl is on the way this time? Nonetheless, the Combses are excited to be welcoming another baby into the household, which they might have to expand, because it is only a two bedroom. Although, plenty of large families grew up in a house with two bedrooms and a single bathroom and they turned out alright.
