LOOK – Reality stars Chip and Joanna Gaines are now Colorado residents

Few reality TV stars have made a mark like Chip and Joanna Gaines have in the last decade or so. As a result, they made enough money to have a couple (or more) residences. There latest is in Colorado!
The couple behind “Fixer Upper” purchased a property in Woody Creek, near Aspen, in 2024 for $5.5 million and have spent several months renovating the three different abodes onsite as part of most recent TV series called “Colorado Mountain House.”
