Bill Murray is 74, he’s one of the most successful actors ever, you’d think he might be ready for a little rest, right? Wrong, last year he launched a band, and now they’re coming to play one of the most iconic venues on Earth.
Bill Murray & His Blood Brothers are opening for Big Head Todd and the Monsters at Red Rocks Amphitheatre on Sunday, June 8.
The actor and comedian, who is known for his roles in movies like “Caddyshack,” “Ghostbusters” and “Groundhog Day,” debuted his cover band at the Big Blues Bender in Las Vegas last September, and, this year, the band’s been on a tour that kicked off in January with sold-out shows at Thalia Hall in Chicago.
The band that features many world-renowned musicians has Murray singing songs made popular by the likes of Bob Dylan, The Kinks, The Beatles, and The Rolling Stones.
Tickets to the show are still available here.
