Lainey Wilson makes ACM Awards prediction | Music City Minute

Lainey Wilson has made a bold prediction for the upcoming Academy of Country Music Awards. The “4 x 4 x U” singer foresees Ella Langley sweeping the competition. Interestingly, Ella Langley is a first-time nominee, and she leads the pack of nominations with eight total, including Female Artist of the Year and New Female Artist of the Year. Wilson goes on to say she sees a lot of herself in Langley and is so proud of the up-and-coming artist. On a side note, several early ACM award winners have been announced for the radio categories, and 98.5 KYGO has been named Major Market Radio Station of the Year! The 60th Academy of Country Music Awards will be hosted by Reba McEntire. The performance lineup includes Eric Church, Blake Shelton and Lainey Wilson. The ceremony will be held at the Ford Center at the Star in Frisco, Texas, and will stream live on Prime Video, May 8.
