Kacey Musgraves’ dog comes to the rescue and Bailey Zimmerman adds to his family | Music City Minute

Kacey Musgraves opened up about a scary encounter that happened at her house. The “Rainbow” artist explained that she and a couple friends had stepped out on her front porch barefoot. Suddenly her guardian angel, I mean blue heeler, Pepper, jumped in front of her and saved her from stepping on a rattlesnake. Unfortunately, Pepper was struck by the rattler and was rushed to the vet. Musgraves confirmed Pepper is back home recovering and getting lots of love.

Bailey Zimmerman has been looking for a furry friend for his golden retriever, Marley. Well, a few weeks ago he found the perfect puppy named Pie. After bringing Pie home, the puppy got really sick. The “Religiously” singer said the vet diagnosed Pie with parvo and began treatment. According to Zimmerman, Pie is doing great and will make a full recovery! Also, Bailey confirmed Pie and Marley have become fast friends.
