Kelsea Ballerini wasn’t the ONLY country star to get engaged for Christmas. The holidays are a little more special for Kacey Musgraves too, as she is also now sporting a diamond on her ring finger.
It’s a well known fact that the holidays are Kacey’s favorite time of the year, so it makes sense that her longtime boyfriend Ruston Kelly would choose Christmas Eve to ask for her hand in marriage.
