Jump on the Bandwagon Now – DU Hockey is the #1 Ranked Team in the Country

The University of Denver won the College Hockey National Championship last season, so it’s a not a huge surprise that they are good again, but it looks like they’re on pace to have another special season!

Thee DU hockey team ranks No. 1 overall in both the DCU/USCHO.com and USA Today/USA Hockey Magazine polls after the latest national rankings were released on Monday.

Denver returned to the top spot in the USA Today/USA Hockey Magazine poll after being second last week behind Minnesota, which had one more first-place vote and point than the Pioneers.

Denver resumes conference play this weekend as the team travels to face the Minnesota Duluth Bulldogs on Friday and Saturday before returning home to take on Lindenwood on Dec. 16-17 to begin a six-game homestand.
