Is This Really Colorado’s Best Dessert?

I consider myself a junk food connoisseur, so if someone says they’ve found the best dessert in the state I’ve spent my whole life in, I feel like I can vouch for it. If not, you bet I am getting in the truck and heading out to try it!

The website Cheapism picked the top two desserts in every state, and although they sound great, I haven’t tried either…

They named the best dessert in the state Palisade Peach Pie at Kokopelli Farm Market in Palisade. The runner-up, root beer floats from Tommyknocker Brewery and Pub in Idaho Springs.
