Ian Munsick, Dylan Scott, Jordan Davis and more head to Colorado for 2026 Colorado State Fair

Summer’s not over until the Colorado State Fair says it’s over. The 2026 edition runs 11 days, from Friday, Aug. 28 through Labor Day, Sept. 7, and it’s bringing a loaded country music lineup, PRCA rodeo, monster trucks, a demolition derby and enough fried food to put your cardiologist on high alert.

Country fans, this one’s for you. The fair opens with Ian Munsick performing alongside the PRCA Rodeo on opening night Friday, Aug. 28 at 7 p.m. in the Big R Arena ($43.30). Dylan Scott takes the same stage Saturday, Aug. 29 with the rodeo, followed by the legendary Neal McCoy on Sunday, Aug. 30 at 5 p.m. ($43.30). And the biggest country name on the bill, Jordan Davis, headlines the Southwest Motors Events Center on Friday, Sept. 4 at 7 p.m. ($58.50–$78.50).

Beyond the country acts, the rest of the entertainment schedule is just as stacked. The I Love the 90s Tour, featuring Vanilla Ice, Tone Loc, Color Me Badd and C+C Music Factory, brings the nostalgia on Thursday, Sept. 3. Denver’s own The Fray plays with ROME from Sublime with Rome on closing weekend Sunday, Sept. 6. The Demolition Derby takes over the Big R Arena on Saturday, Sept. 5 ($45.50), Monster Trucks roar through the arena, and the Celebración de los Charros with Banda Machos brings the Fiesta Day celebration. Free concerts on the AFW Amphitheater stage run throughout the fair as well.

Gate admission is $15 for adults and $7 for kids ages 5–12, with a discount carnival day on Thursday, Aug. 27, the day before the fair officially opens. Parking is $10 (cash only), but there’s a free shuttle from the Main Street Parking Garage in downtown Pueblo to Gate 5 on Prairie Ave.

Sure, Pueblo is a bit of a drive from Denver, but maybe this lineup makes it road trip worthy?
