Here’s How Many Burpees it Takes to Burn Off One Pumpkin Spice Latte

Sep 15, 2022, 5:37 PM

Pumpkin Spice Latte season has begun, but you may want to watch your PSL intake!

Yes, I am as basic as they come, and I love me a good PSL, but here is why I try not to drink them…Nutritionally speaking, they are basically like drinking a hot milkshake for breakfast. Sugar, fat, calories, they have it all, no matter where you get yours.

The one stat that always gets me to lay off though… According to “Cheat Sheet,” it takes 38 minutes of burpees to burn ONE PSL off.

I can’t do a minute of burpees, so I guess it’s water for me this fall!
