Ingredients:

8 Bone-In Chicken Thights with Skin Removed
Hefty Bunch Of Fresh Sage
Garlic Cloves To Taste
Kosher Salt
Drizzle Of Olive Oil
Coarse Black Pepper To Taste
Zest Of One Lemon

Directions:

Dry Chicken With A Paper Towel

Rub Both Sides Of Thighs with Sage Garlic Dry Rub

Process Until Sage Has A Wet Looking Texture

Top With A Drizzle Of Olive Oil,Coarse Black Pepper, Zest Of One Lemon

Grill On Medium Heat 12 Minutes Each Side
