Hard Rock Cafe in Downtown Denver to close

May 31, 2023, 12:27 PM

After 25 years of rockin’ out in Downtown Denver at the Denver Pavillions, Hard Rock Cafe will be closing its doors at the end of July.

Serving up such items as “One Night in Bangkok Spicy Shrimp” and Double Decker Double cheeseburgers, the almost 12,000-square-foot Rock & Roll themed restaurant has hosted many many musical themed events over the years and had been struggling in recent years especially during the pandemic.  The Hard Rock brand has struggled across the country as well with locations in Detroit, Phoenix and Las Vegas all closing in recent years.

The closing will unfortunately cause over 50 workers to be laid off and join a list of many restaurants closing downtown and around Denver.
