Get Ready, Y’all—The 2026 ACM Awards Are About to Be Incredible

Mar 20, 2026, 9:37 AM | Updated: 10:22 am

Mark your calendars, country music lovers! The 61st ACM Awards is heading back to Las Vegas on Sunday, May 17 at the MGM Grand Garden Arena, and honestly? This lineup already has me counting down the days.

The First Performers…

  • Lainey Wilson – Our reigning Entertainer of the Year is about to debut her new single “Can’t Sit Still,” and if anyone deserves that spotlight, it’s her. Sixteen ACM Awards in four years? Absolute queen.
  • Cody Johnson – Fresh off his 2025 Song of the Year win, CoJo never disappoints on stage.
  • Riley Green – He’ll be performing “Change My Mind,” and let’s be real—that voice could convince anyone of anything.

A Little History: The ACMs have been around since 1964, making them the OG of country music awards shows (yes, even before the CMAs!). Vegas became their home in 2003, and now the whole thing streams live on Prime Video at 8 p.m. ET.

More performers and the host are coming soon, and I have a feeling this year is going to be one for the books. Grab your tickets at AXS.com before they’re gone!
