Former Avalanche Player, Nazem Kadri, Puts Denver House On the Market

It was a great three year run in Denver with the Colorado Avalanche for Nazem Kadri. The run obviously ended with Kadri and his teammates hoisting the Stanley Cup, but sadly it’s the end of the road for center as he signed with the Calgary Flames in the offseason. That also means he has no use for a house in the Mile High City anymore, so he has listed his Wash Park home for over $4 million.
The home at 1111 South Gilpin features 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and over 5300 square feet of living space. It also features a formal dining room with a Ralph Lauren chandelier and a finished basement with 10-foot ceilings, a theater, a full bar and a game room.
