If you haven’t been paying attention to Flatland Cavalry, now is definitely the time to start.
The Texas band made a memorable national TV appearance on The Kelly Clarkson Show this week, performing “Never Comin’ Back” off their latest album, Work of Heart. Check out the performance below — it’s a good one.
And the timing couldn’t be better. Just as the band is getting their well-deserved moment in the national spotlight, they’ve also landed a nomination for ACM Group of the Year, going up against some serious heavy hitters — 49 Winchester, Old Dominion, Rascal Flatts and The Red Clay Strays. Not a bad crowd to be running with.
Here’s the best part for Denver fans — you won’t have to watch from your couch. Flatland Cavalry is headlining KYGO Birthday Bash 46 on Saturday, June 20th at Fiddler’s Green Amphitheatre, joined by Shane Smith and the Saints, Kevin Powers and Laci Kaye Booth. It’s shaping up to be one of those nights you’ll be talking about for a while.
