Renaissance woman Dolly Parton was on-hand for the opening of a brand new exhibit at the Country Music Hall of Fame in Nashville called Dolly Parton: Journey of a Seeker. The exhibit illustrates the living legend’s more than 60-year career through special artifacts like clothes, awards, handwritten lyrics, instruments, photos and more. Having her success laid out in a linear way, the “Jolene” singer said it has been a long way from the top of the Smoky Mountains to the top of the world and it’s wonderful to see her little girl dreams come true. Dolly Parton: The Journey of a Seeker, is open now at the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum and will run through September 2026.
Dierks Bentley has opened up about his 16-year-old daughter Evie dating, and he has surprised himself how laid back he is about the situation. While he might not be like the overbearing dad in “What Was I Thinking,” he still has that protective parent impulse to stay up until his daughter gets home safe. Unfortunately, that is usually after his bedtime, so it’s caused the singer to lose some sleep.
