Dierks Bentley’s Denver bar building is for sale

If you’re a fan of Dierks Bentley’s bar in Downtown Denver, let me start this article by giving you a little piece of mind… It’s not going anywhere right now. However, the owner of the building that it’s housed in may be changing.
The 1946 Market St. property is on the market, according to a new listing. The bar, a collaboration between Riot Hospitality Group and Monfort Cos., leases the entire 19,000-square-foot space.
In 2022, the 1946 Market St. property sold for $23.5 million, according to public records. The listing for the building does not include a sale price, but property records show the building was valued at more than $17 million when it was last appraised.
The bar still has six years remaining on its current lease of the building, the listing states.
