Denver’s apartment building with canyon running through it has units that cost over $12k per month

Living in an apartment building that has an outdoor canyon running through it sounds cool and all, but is it worth over $12,000 per month?

The building at the corner of 40th Street and Blake Street is called One River North, and it has a moving river and plants to fill the canyon-like outdoor spaces running through it.

The complex opened in April 2024 and has a variety of spaces for rent from one, two and three-bedroom units, to the penthouses that offer ultimate luxury.

There are three penthouse options, all of which offer three bedrooms with three-and-a-half bathrooms. Two of the options will run you just under $13,000 per month, ranking them among the most expensive apartments for rent in Denver.

The cheapest units in the complex start at over $2,000 a month, but even some of the one bed, one bath units are upward of $3,000 per month.
