Denver ranks among the top cities for UFO sightings in the U.S.

When you think UFOs, you likely go to Roswell, New Mexico or Area 51 in Nevada, but Denver sees it’s fair share too!
A website called BetUS recently looked into data provided by the National UFO Reporting Center, analyzing reports from 2013 to 2024 and determined what cities around the United States are home to the most sightings.
Denver ranked 12th on their list of 250 US cities with 177 sightings. Meanwhile, Colorado Springs ranked 16th with 160 sightings. Phoenix led the pack with 323 sightings reported during that time frame.
Grand Junction and Fort Collins ranked 55th and 56th, respectively, both with 76 reported sightings. Aurora ranked 75th with 59 sightings.
