Denver Nuggets fire head coach Michael Malone

The only head coach to bring an NBA Championship to the Denver Nuggets is no longer the head coach of the team…

With just three games remaining in the regular season the Denver Nuggets have fired Michael Malone, according to multiple reports.

Sources say the Nuggets have also fired their general manager Calvin Booth.

Assistant coach David Adelman will take over as head coach on an interim basis through the rest of the season.

The news comes as the Nuggets continue to slide down the Western Conference standings despite having the guy many consider to be the best in the world and the NBA MVP three of the last four seasons, Nikola Jokic.
